We want you to love your lighting setup, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day hassle-free returns for all our damage-free wall lights. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all adhesive strips and mounting hardware included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Place the wall lights, remote controls, and charging cables back into their original protective box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items for any damage, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
